Agreement to Terms
Alright, let's keep this simple. By using Raxevon, you're agreeing to these terms. We know nobody actually reads these things, but we still have to have them for legal reasons.
These terms apply to everyone who uses our service - whether you're on the free plan or paying for premium features. If you don't agree with something here, unfortunately you can't use our service.
What Our Service Does
Raxevon is a personal finance platform that helps you track expenses, create budgets, and manage your money better. We provide the tools, but you're responsible for actually using them.
We try to keep everything running smoothly, but like any software, sometimes things go wrong. We can't guarantee 100% uptime, though we do our best to minimize disruptions.
Your Account
When you create an account, you need to provide accurate information. Don't use fake names or someone else's email address - it just makes things complicated for everyone.
Account Security
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Use a strong password and don't share it with anyone. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know immediately.
Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime through your settings. We can also suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these terms or use the service in ways that could harm other users.
Acceptable Use
Use Raxevon for its intended purpose - tracking your personal finances. Don't try to hack our systems, spam other users, or upload malicious content.
Some specific things you can't do:
- Try to access other users' accounts or data
- Upload viruses or other harmful code
- Use automated tools to scrape our website
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate other people or organizations
Basically, don't be a jerk and we'll all get along fine.
Your Data
The financial information you enter into Raxevon belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your expense data, budget information, or personal details.
However, you do give us permission to use this data to provide our service - things like generating reports, sending notifications, and improving our features based on how people use the platform.

Payment and Subscriptions
We offer both free and paid plans. Premium subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on what you choose.
Billing
Payments are processed automatically on your billing date. If a payment fails, we'll try a few more times before suspending premium features.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 30 days of your initial purchase if you're not satisfied with the service. After that, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We might adjust pricing occasionally. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and the option to cancel before the new rates take effect.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep Raxevon available 24/7, but sometimes we need to take it offline for maintenance or unexpected issues occur.
We'll try to give advance notice for planned maintenance, usually through email or notifications in the app. For emergency situations, we'll communicate through our status page and social media.
Limitation of Liability
Here's the legal stuff: We provide Raxevon "as is" without warranties. While we do our best to keep everything working properly, we can't be held responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from our platform.
You're ultimately responsible for your own financial choices. Raxevon is a tool to help organize and track your money, but it's not financial advice.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time as our service evolves or legal requirements change. When we do, we'll post the new version here and send you an email if the changes are significant.
If you continue using Raxevon after we update the terms, that means you accept the new version. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled through the UK legal system.
